Manager's Pro Opinion
Yes, the government should spend money on mapping large caves in its country. Caves are part of a country's natural environment. It is important that the government knows everything about them. The government must hire experts to explore and map its caves. These experts should train and educate local people about the caves. By doing this, the government will be able to manage and protect the caves. Some larger caves can become tourist destinations. This will boost the country's economy.

Manager's Con Opinion
No, the government should not spend money on mapping large caves in its country. The government must focus on more important problems. These can be employment, education and healthcare. It should not spend money protecting the caves. Hiring experts to explore and map the caves will cost too much. Spending money on the caves will not bring any immediate benefit. If people want to know more about the caves, unpaid volunteers should collect the information.

No, the government should not spend much money on mapping large caves in the country. There are more urgent and significant projects that the government should focus on. I think mapping caves is not a priority. Issues involving education, health, employment etc. are more valuable aspects of the society.

Preferably but not necessarily! I still think that mapping the caves is a preferable action to get enough information of the inside. However, spending money to the caves to make a map is just too wasting. The government should just at least designate people to secure the cave to avoid other people going inside without proper knowledge of the cave.

First_It takes lots of money to map every big caves.
Second, they can give them warning signal that like"DO NOT ENTER"or, "POLICE" so people will not go inside and similar incident will not happen again.

If your country is rich enough to spend money on mapping large caves then you can support it. But if your country is on the verge between life and death, forget about caves. Caves are important, yes, cause it is truly a part of natural resources but it should not be a priority. There is a bigger problem than mapping caves, especially about corruptions and drugs.
